The school gates open at 8.30am for Reception, Year 1 and 2 and children are welcomed into school from this time. Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 are welcomed at the gates by their class teacher at 8.40am.

Children should not arrive before their allocated time unless attending Early Birds or Active Risers, so that they are not left unattended.

For Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 classes, the register is taken at 8.40.  For Key Stage Two children (Years 3 to 6) the register is taken at 8.50am.  Children who arrive later than their allocated time must be signed in at the school office by an accompanying adult and will receive a late mark in the register.

There is an assembly every morning at 9.05am, either for the whole school, Key Stages or in classes. Parents are invited to attend class assemblies when their child’s class is leading the assembly. Please look on the school calendar for details.

Reception – 11.30am – 12.45pm

Years 1 & 2 – 11.45am – 12.45pm

Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 - 12.30pm – 1.30pm

The school day ends:

For Reception at 3.00pm

For Years 1 & 2 at 3.10pm

For Years 3 to 6 at 3.20pm

(Large Playground gates open at 3pm for Reception parents and at 3.15pm for Year 3 parents. Courtyard gates will open from 3.10pm for Key Stage 1)

Extended Day Hours

Children attending the Breakfast Club may arrive at 7.30am and those staying after school may stay until 6.00pm.
